Student’s Career Goals are unique. Some students may prefer to work in large fast-paced workforce environments, others may prefer smaller at a slower pace. In most cases a Media Campaign on leading Job Board platforms is going to be most appropriate. Depending on the career aspiration and educational program of the student will determine the most effective Job Search Strategy to put into place. We help students define their Job Search Strategy and partner with them to build their platforms!

Arguably, the most important phase of our recruitment structure. The way in which students are branded will heavily influence the students resume submission to interview ratio. As we may know, if a resume doesn’t read the right way — If a resume doesn’t have proper content and visual appeal, it dramatically decreases the value of reaching an interview. As recruiting professionals to where it was our responsibility to get our clients in front of hiring managers, we understand at an expert level how to create marketing materials that not only have visual appeal, but also say the right things in the right places We have a specific format and utilize specific grammatical techniques that are proven to increase interviews.

Like a Resume, Interview Preparation is not a one size fits all. There is so much more involved in an interview than what most job seekers realize. An interview is much more than dressing appropriately and showing up on time. For each interview there is tailored preparation that needs to be performed. Company research, which formulates specific questions to be asked, which also formulates answers to pre-anticipated questions are key success factors to securing career goal-oriented employment. Mannerisms and posture specific to company culture is also a key success factor. We spend A LOT of time preparing students for their interview to dramatically improve their interview to hire ratio!

Yes. We go over and beyond! Once the job is secure and the transition is made from College Graduate to Employee, we still serve our clients for three months after their start date. During this phase, we serve as an advisor to their probationary period. We advise on how to serve their employer over and beyond as well as to answer all questions the employee may have. We provide all the necessary advisement for our clients to succeed in the workforce!
